The methods and instruments described on this website are traditionally used for the path of personal liberation. I have applied and run through the methods portrayed here myself. Nonetheless, each person reacts differently to the ZEN exercise. In ZEN and for this book, the principle of personal responsibility and free decision applies. That means that you can reject a ZEN exercise or instruction at any time. You yourself decide how far you want to go.
This principle of personal responsibility also means that you are asked to seek consultation with specialists, doctors or therapists in the case of emotional or physical pre-existing conditions and illnesses, which can result during and through work with ZEN. Reactions or complications can arise from the work with ZEN, which can make treatment by a physician or therapist necessary. In such a case, you should immediately seek help from a physician.
ZEN should only be performed by healthy people. ZEN is not a treatment for illnesses. If you do not feel healthy, please do not start with ZEN. Whoever is emotionally ill or is getting psychological, psychiatric or psychotherapeutic treatment may not practice ZEN (exception: in consultation with the therapeutic support).
If you should notice any health problems at all during ZEN practice, please stop the exercise immediately.

The content of this site was prepared with great care. However, no guarantee can be assumed for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the content.
